Chad Roberts grew up in the rubber and silicone business, working with his dad at Hytech Products since the age of 15. He currently manages the company's day-to-day operations.

John Roberts founded Hytech Silicone Products in 1986 after 20 years as a production and plant manager in the rubber and silicone molding industry. John started the company with his wife and sons in Ravenna, Ohio, serving the Akron area's thriving rubber industry.
